Live Role Event Logs
The Event Logs sub-tab on the Live Role page records each action Streamcord took for each member when their stream status changed. It's the first place to look when Live Role isn't behaving the way you expect — for example, when a particular member never receives the live role.
How to view Event Logs
- Visit the Streamcord Dashboard.
- Choose your server from the list.
- Click the Live Role tab.
- Click the Event Logs sub-tab.
Reading event entries
Each entry describes one decision Streamcord made for a member. Common entries include:
- A member received the Live role.
- A member had the Live role removed.
- Streamcord skipped adding the Live role because the member didn't meet the filter conditions.
TIP
If a member you expect to see is missing from the event logs entirely, Streamcord never saw a streaming status for them. Make sure they have the purple "streaming" status in Discord — see the Live Role Troubleshooting guide for details.
